I love a jumpsuit, and when I was sent the Agathe by Luxe Layers I was was a bit wary of the shape to be honest. The cropped length worried me, but once I put it on it was a different story.
We all know those pieces that don’t look great on the hanger, but when it is on it somehow works.
This piece is fit to perfection and is the reason it was picked by a lot of the bloggers to wear over fashion week.

I prefer the jumpsuit worn with a heel as I think it is more flattering. The jumpsuit is expensive but it is so comfortable and the fit is really flattering. If I had an event to go to, I would have kept it. This is a real investment piece for me, as the fabric is so beautiful and the cut so extravagant. It will take you from a black tie event to a dinner with friends. I would layer this with a great oversized knit in the day and with a bomber jacket in the evening.
The criss cross front detailing and the side pockets are all cut to give you a great silhouette. The cropped calf length elongates the leg, and because you don’t have so much fabric there is no tripping hazard. Now that I have tried this new shape it feels so fresh.
I love this look, and they are also a great way to showcase a great shoe as you have that expanse of calf to work with. The pair I am wearing above are from Charlotte Olympia.
Looking around I found some great priced culotte jumpsuits for you to check out. The Tibi jumpsuit is available at Luxe Layers.
Wishing you all a great weekend- I know I am so happy it is Friday.
