I used to love brands like ARKET, COS and OTHER STORIES.

I still find the odd great piece from them, but the price point has crept up, and a lot of the pieces tend to be very oversized, shapeless or very trend driven.

Everlane is a great alternative if you are looking for wardrobe staples; t-shirts, jeans, trousers and knitwear.  With all the COVID restrictions, practical and comfortable clothing is paramount.

It is a US brand which prides itself on exceptionally made pieces, which are ethically made and with true price transparency.

Everlane excels in classic, comfortable basics with a twist.  With H&M and Zara cashmere costing nearly £100 it fits well in the elevated high street sector.

The brand is not into ‘hot trends’ or hugely baggy clothing which look fantastic on Instagram, but for most people, are not very easy to carry off.

The delivery is quick, all costs are included, but best of all, no one else will be wearing it as the brand is still very much under the radar here in the UK.

The sizing is true and not at all oversized; they go from a 6 UK to an 18 UK too.

Below are my favourite pieces!  I tested the brand by buying a t-shirt on Ebay and they have a huge amount on-line if you just want to check out the sizing.
