Until I started at Frame, I used to run around town heading to pilates, the gym and sometimes when things got desperate even using a personal trainer.
It ended up costing so much money and I never had a proper schedule.
My dear friend Amy introduced me to Frame or Move your Frame as it is called on line, they have sites in Queens Park and Shoreditch but they also have Pop Ups in various locations and fantastic weekend workshops.
Before I tried Frame the thought of classes filled me with horror. I imagined competitive women and shouty trainers .
Both the clientel and teachers are really cool and laid back, there is a mix of mums, those heading to the office and lots like me who work from home.
I just love Ily Couture for great sweatshirts.
I was very sceptical but the quality of the teaching given the price point but I was proven wrong.
What makes Frame a market leader is the App they use for bookings, you can book all your classes through your iPhone which means you can book on the run.
I usually start the week with reformer pilates, after a hectic weekend it is a great kick start to the week.
Then I usually do a more cardio based class such as Boxfit.
One of my firm favourites is Dancefit with Claudia.
There is something for everyone as they have some hardcore cardio classes and yoga as well as great personal trainers and they also have creche facilities.
I think it is the great atmosphere combined with the variation in the offering that keeps me motivated and going.
I would love to hear about any great gym wear brands you love, I have compiled below a few pieces to update your work out wardrobe to give yourself a kick start !
