I very seldom take on paid posts but with Miele I am always happy to participate as the appliances are superb and I have used them for years. Also they are giving away a machine worth £350 to one of my readers..
The investment the company makes in research pays off in the quality and robustness of the products.
We all know that a broken iron, hoover, washing machine, dryer or dishwasher just causes so much stress. My machines are on all day and they need to be robust, simple to use and I need to know I will get help fast, if things go wrong.
I have been using the Fashionmaster for over a year now and it has made such a difference to my clothes.
I have cut back dramatically on the amount I spend at the dry cleaner because the system gives you such a professional finish. In the past I would be too worried about burning a hole or damaging an item but Fashionmaster is easy to use and you get such great results.
Lets be honest (my friends read my blog), I have a lovely lady who comes in and irons but this has made her life much easier and she has to spend a lot less hours to get thought the laundry. I use it to steam items that have got creased after holidays or if I want a fresh ‘just back from the dry cleaners’ look.
For me it has been worth it, is easy to store and if you have a lot of delicate fabrics or dresses that need steaming, this product will save you money in the long term. With Dry Cleaning ever more expensive, having your own ‘at home’ option is practical.
The other reason I buy Miele is the fantastic customer service. It is old school and no hanging on the line to some far away call centre.
The Experience Centre in Central London is my top tip. The staff are well trained, you can see everything in operation, there is no hard sell and the staff know the products inside out. They have another Experience Centre in Oxfordshire.
Before I bought my appliances I headed over there as there is no jargon, just facts, and with washing machines/dryers and other kitchen appliances you need to understand how they work, otherwise you will have the finest technology but never use all the functionality.
Visit the Miele Kern for loads of online tips and it is by far the best site for a practical kitchen layout with topics ranging from how to design a kitchen island to lighting as well as lots of alternative kitchen layouts. The site is full of information which will really help you make informed decisions.
