I am off on my travels.  We had to cancel our trip to Spain last week as Luella was sick but we are off now for a few days to Dublin to see my family for Christmas.  Packing is always a challenge for me with the airline weight limits, however, even more so at Christmas when you have presents for the family.

Tracksuits are my thing, they have to be fitted, match and I love to travel in them and I know I will wear it for sightseeing, shopping and then throw on a pair of heels to update the look in the evening.  When I am away I want to look great but also be comfortable and I am over the days of trailing piles of clothes abroad as it just isn’t worth it. A great tracksuit is something you will use all the time and is worth spending a bit more on.

Veronica Beard is so clever, her blazers have interchangeable inserts so you can create lots of different looks with one jacket. I bought mine on Ebay but they are on sale now on her website.

Madewell are a brilliant US brand and you can now order the brand from Net a Porter or straight from the US.  They have 25% off at the moment and I ordered a brilliant oversized scarf which I can wear over a blazer if it gets cold.  When you are travelling you never know how warm it will be and this shawl/scarf is reversible and 100% wool.

Forget Nike, it is all about Adidas trainers at the moment, they really can be worn outside the gym as they are super stylish and flattering on your foot.  I have tracked down the black NMD trainer from Footlocker.

Vestiare Collective is where I go for my shoes and boots, they have all the designer brands at a fraction of (even) the sale price.  You may have to wait to find the ideal pair but it is worth it.

The Brand Outlet are brilliant for finding designer sunglasses at the lowest prices, Zanzan cost nearly £300 at Browns and the pair featured is now £99 at The Brand Outlet.

The tracksuit is on sale now at Alexander Wang.
