As my regular readers will know, I am a loyal Topshop supporter, I particularly love the Unique Collections, which are a bit more pricey but the design and cut are always really special.
I have also been blessed to have met Mark who runs the private shopping at Topshop and he and his team make any visit, such an organized and special occasion. Check out my old post on the Private Shopping service.
Yesterday was the launch of the first drop of the 2015 collection. I went with my good friend Deborah a super stylist to checkout the collection.
We both fell in love with the statement dresses.
Think Alberta Ferretti or Nicci Ricci the dresses are spectacular, like pieces of couture.
The dresses are cut for real women and there are no age restrictions.
This orange chiffon dress is so beautiful , the shoulder detail is so flattering and we didn’t want to take it off! We loved it paired with my fur collar from Ducie.
The price point at two hundred and twenty five pounds is justified as this is a show stopper , it is not cut too tight and the length is great too. I would go up a size to get that expensive slouchy look, on the website it looks shorter than it is in reality.
This black dress really is one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen and at two hundred and ninety five pounds, given the level of detailing it is a piece to invest in. The detailing and finish are perfection. The dress below has the most gorgeous beading and again is a great length and super flattering. The dress comes with a slip but the dress looks better without it and I love Deborah has styled it here with a pair of boyfriend jeans.

This dress below is so beautiful and is the most expensive piece in the collection but the beading and ruffle detail are so divine.

I ended up buying the shoes as I was looking for a comfortable pair to wear with my flares. These wedges are cushioned so you feel like you are wearing a platformed slipper.
The red is a great shade but I payed safe and went for the black.
The rest of the collection has a very sporty, Tour de France theme, with some gorgeous colour combinations. We both loved the burgundy teamed with the red, I adore the way the team have partnered this with a nautical theme.
This is only part of the collection the rest is dropped in March and we will fill you in.
So if you have a wedding or a special occasion to go to get online fast as there are only a few pieces and they will sell out fast.
