I have worked out with lots of different trainers, for a while I make good progress but then I seem to stand still. At that point, I usually loose momentum. I am not alone, most of us struggle achieve our ideal fitness goal.
Layla was recommended to me by Shanaz a woman with a killer body. It was with trepidation I went to my first session. I was blown away by the fact that she got me straight away. I came in all flustered as I was late and couldn’t find parking, a symptom of my over scheduling . She was the first trainer who has tried to work on my motivation as well as my body.
I learned though Layla, that my body remembers my story and that it has learned how to hold on to all my issues and repeated physiological patterns. Our bodies are our greatest indicator, trying to tell us what to do and how to look after ourselves. We are dealing with the body and mind in tandem , this is the only way long term sustainable results are achieved.
