Buy With Us – Reloved Again

There are no commissions for those who buy with us.

You will need to fill in certain personal information the first time you buy with us.  This will not be necessary on any subsequent purchases if you tick the relevant box on checkout.  (Please see our full Privacy Policy)

You simply pay the price listed on the website, plus our postage costs.  We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK deliveries.

If you are buying from the Republic of Ireland, or Worldwide, then a higher postage charge of £20 is applicable.  We use Royal Mail Parcelforce.  For large overseas orders please contact us before you place your order for correct shipping costs.

You pay for all items using your credit or debit card on our website via PayPal.

Your purchase will be posted/shipped within 1 working day of funds being cleared.  Please note that a signature will be required on receipt.

If you are outside the UK you will be responsible for any applicable customs charges.  You will be provided with the tracking number after the goods are sent.  If your item gets lost for whatever reason we will issue a refund to you as soon as the issue is resolved with Parcel Force.

If you wish to return the items for any reason we require notification by email.  Please follow the simple instructions which will be included within your delivery.

You have a legal cooling off period of 14 days.

Once we receive your returns we will refund you within 14 working days.  Please note that if the seal, ribbon, sticker, label, or tag is removed from the item then the item will not be refundable and we will return it back to you.  The item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition that it was sent to you. The cost of return postage is payable by yourself and it must be sent ‘Signed For’.
